AAA Math (online resource)

Welcome to this Treasure Chest of Free Stuff.
Here is another well-designed and thoughtfully organized interactive site for elementary math. This one offers teaching, drill and re-enforcement. [The owners of the site would like you to purchase a CD so that the activities can be available to you offline.]
AAA Math (online resource) This is a well organized interactive website that offers free arthmetic lessons, practice exercises and re-enforcing games. Activities are presented by subject and by grade level–from K to 8. The range of mathematical subjects covered is extensive, from basic addition and money to fractions, decimals, exponents, ratios and statistics. There is considerable further breakdown within each of the major headings.
The organization and presentation of lessons is illustrated by the following screenshots of what is offered for “Addition”. (Click on thumbnails to enlarge, and use your browser’s back arrow to return to this page.)
AAA Math is ad supported, but the ads do not intrude on the activities. Work screens remain clear and straightforward, without distracting busyness. AAA Math is available in Spanish. The site has also begun a section on US Geography.
Apparently AAA Math gets plenty of traffic. Content is available from 3 alternative URL’s for times when things get sluggish on any one of the sites: http://www.aaaknow.com/; http://www.aaastudy.com/; http://www.321know.com/.
