Quick Links by Subject and Level (My blog) This is the first time I’ve written a post about my own blog. I’m writing this one because I want to draw attention to something I’ve just added. In response to suggestions that it would be helpful to organize resources by subject area while indicating the appropriate levels of the activities I discuss, I’ve added a new page.

On my new “Quick Links” page, I have listed websites under subject headings, and I’ve given a general indication of appropriate level. Since I work with students from K to 12, I’ve restricted my level designations to Elementary, Middle, or Secondary. It is true, however, that some of the resources I talk about are appropriate for pre-schoolers and many others are helpful for individuals at the post-secondary level.

Designations indicating level are estimates at best, and there is overlap with most. Where I believe a resource supports more than one subject area, I include under more than one subject heading.

I hope the new page will be helpful. Please feel free to let me know what you think. I welcome all suggestions about making the site more useful.

Here’s a thumbnail of a screenshot of the new page:
